1) Where should you collect your ordered?
It can be collected from the transports godown or Lorry sheds. We shall inform you the transporter name, Way Bill number, local contact phone number, etc. once the goods are dispatched from Sivakasi. It will be sent via SMS or Email.
2) How do we send your order?
All confirmed orders with receipt of 100% payment in advance, will be dispatched within 24 – 36hours from our Anil Fireworks online crackers warehouse in SIVAKASI to respective logistic assigned for respective destinations. – Our logistic will issue an “LR Copy” against the receipt of goods from us. All the goods will be sent in “To Pay” basics, meaning the freight charges from SIVAKASI to your destination (Example say Coimbatore) will be paid by yourself before taking delivery of goods, – The “LR COPY” with details of logistic name, contact person, contact addresses and contact phone number will be scanned and sent to you by Email/SMS. The goods will reach your destination as specified in the delivery chart (approximate time) based on the distance of your destination from SIVAKASI.
3) When it be delivered to me and how much is transportation cost?
Anil online crackers sale division strive best to organize best transportation with effective cost. Transportation charges and delivery time varies with each destination.
4) Can I cancel the order?
Customers can request for the cancellation within 4 hours of the order placed or before the order is processed in our warehouse by a phone call to customer care number: 9080551020. After dispatch of goods from our warehouse to logistics, it cannot be cancelled. This includes items purchased on sale.
